dc.description.abstract	Настоящая статья рассматривает взаимосвязь достижения целей устойчивого развития и распространения незаконной трансплантации органов и тканей человека, равно как борьбы с данным преступлением. На основе анализа положений Конвенции Овьедо и Дополнительного протокола к ней, Руководящих принципов ВОЗ по трансплантации, актов ЕС и СНГ выявлены пробелы правового регулирования по принятию мер в области противодействия незаконной трансплантации, а также правового регулирования порядка и условий изъятия органов и тканей человека и их влияние на достижения целей 1,2,3,5,10 и 16
