| Abstract: | Рассматриваются вопросы элиминирования лакун при переводе терминов новой отрасли цифрового права с английского языка на русский. Даются примеры перевода терминов складывающейся терминосистемы цифрового права с английского языка на русский. Применяются различные способы восполнения безэквивалентной лексики при переводе текстов англо-саксонской системы права с английского языка на русский с учетом разности правовых систем. Результаты применения описываемой переводческой техники позволили достичь адекватного и эквивалентного перевода неолекта цифрового права и вошли в состав словарных статей специализированного англо-русского словаря-справочника «Цифровая трансформация: руководство для специалистов в сфере международных отношений». |
| Abstract (in another language): | Challenges of lacunar elimination when interpreting digital law terms from English into Russian are considered. The theory of interpreting lacunarity is provided with the examples of terms translations from English into Russian. The new branch of digital law is in the making and is characterized by new means of equivalent-free vocabulary replenishment used when translating texts of the Anglo-Saxon system of law from English into Russian, taking into account the difference in law systems. The results of applying the described translation technique made it possible to achieve an adequate and equivalent translation of new words in digital law that have been included in the dictionary entries of the specialized English-Russian dictionary «Digital Transformation: a Guide for Specialists in the Field of International Relations». |
