Рассмотрение локальных компонент пространственно-временной структуры термического режима на общем фоне глобального потепления представляет отдельный научный интерес. Сравнение дат относительных потеплений и похолоданий в годовом ходе многолетних суточных норм, рассчитанных за периоды различной продолжительности, для минимальной, среднесуточной и максимальной температур позволило выделить ряд устойчивых дат наличия рассматриваемых явлений, не зависящих от длительности периода осреднения | |
