Системы здравоохранения по всему миру испытывают проблемы распределения ресурсов при их дефиците. Отмечаются проблемы, связанные с внедрением цифровых технологий в здравоохранение, включая отсутствие стандартизации данных, сложность интеграции между различными системами, угрозы кибербезопасности и др. Подчеркивается необходимость принятия мер для решения проблем, связанных с цифровизацией здравоохранения, и развития цифровых технологий в соответствии с потребностями пациентов и медицинских учреждений.
