Статья посвящена разработке подхода к измерению целостности социально-экономических систем. Предложены показатели и характеристики целостности, а также метод для ее измерения. На основе исторических данных финансового рынка Республики Беларусь за 2016–2020 гг. рассмотрен пример измерения целостности рынка банковских кредитов: реконструирована структура целостности рынка, а также рассчитан интегральный показатель, характеризующий изменчивость целостности рынка. | ru |

| dc.description.alternative | Integrity is the most important characteristic of the quality of a socio-economic system. The article is devoted to the development of an approach to measuring the integrity of socio-economic systems. Indicators and characteristics of integrity, as well as a method for measuring it, are proposed. Based on the historical data of the financial market ofthe Republic of Belarus for 2016–2020, an example of measuring the integrity of the bank loan market is considered: the structure of the market integrity is reconstructed, and an integral indicator is calculated that characterizes the variability of the market integrity. | ru |
