| Аннотация: | During the occupation in World War II, the territory of Belarus was divided into unequal administrative-territorial units, which necessitates the study of the Holocaust in different parts of Belarus. The purpose of the article is to identify the characteristic features of the Holocaust in Belarus. A comparison of the Holocaust in Western and Eastern Belarus is given. Considerable attention is paid to the actions of the Nazi authorities in relation to the ghetto. The article clarifies the features of the Holocaust on the territory of the rear zone of the army group «Center» and the «General Commissariat Belarus». The issue of the actions of the Jewish Councils continues to be debatable |
