dc.description.abstract	The paper highlights the problems of people with disabilities and looks into the ways of how businesses can solve them. Constraints that people with disabilities face are described, and possible ways to make off-line and on-line retain stores more disability-friendly are identified. The secondary analysis is supported by empirical data collected in a survey among SB BSU students. The results show that Belarus needs to implement broader measures for disabled people’s inclusivity into business and society
