Implementation of talent management system: the role and impact on organizational performance

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the prospects for the introduction of talent management as a new strategy for improving the efficiency of companies. The work reveals the concept of talent management, considers the main criteria for identifying talents, and examines the key elements of the talent management system in modern practice. The problems of attracting, retaining, training and motivating talents in the organization are outlined. The author of the article conducted a study of talent management in the field of computer technology on the example of the American transnational corporation Google. It is concluded that talent management is currently used as the dominant strategy for managing employees to achieve success in the activities of companies
