| Abstract: | Работа посвящена решениям по адаптации цепей поставок к современным условиям устойчивого развития. Рассматривается адаптация структуры и системы управления цепями поставок под влиянием факторов Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG). Раскрывается значимость формирования адаптивных систем управления для устойчивого развития организаций – участников цепей поставок. Сформулированы методологические подходы к трансформации цепей поставок путем формирования замкнутого контура и реверсивных логистических потоков. Предложены решения по формированию адаптивных систем управления реверсивными потоками в розничном звене цепи поставок. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The work is devoted to solutions for the adaptation of supply chains to modern conditions of sustainable development. The adaptation of the structure and system of supply chain management under the influence of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) factors is considered. The importance of the formation of adaptive management systems for the sustainable development of organizations participating in supply chains is revealed. A methodological approach to the transformation of supply chains through the formation of a closed circuit and reverse logistics flows has been formulated. Solutions for the formation of adaptive reverse flow management systems in the retail link of the supply chain are disclosed. |
