| dc.description.abstract | Анализируются подходы к защите прав человека в условиях цифровизации. Оценены позиции ученых, рассматривающих различные аспекты реализации прав человека в условиях цифровой среды. Особое внимание уделено изучению права на доступ к информации, которое в цифровых условиях трансформируется, позволяя реализовать права на доступ в интернет, на получение онлайн-услуг и сведений в рамках цифровых сервисов и др. Предложено имплементировать цифровые права человека в деятельность умных городов. Даны конкретные предложения по законодательному регулированию цифровых прав в Республике Беларусь. | ru |
