Мировой и белорусский опыт регулирования внешней трудовой миграции

Abstract

The article contains the analysis of the global trends of the external migration of labour and the problems of national, interstate and international processes regulation arising from it. They authors give the description of normative and legal base of immigration and emigration, programmes that encourage emigrants to return, as well as critical analysis of new approaches to the migration policies of national states (role of international aid, foreign direct investments etc.). Special attention is rendered to the condition, potential and problems of regulation of external labour migration in the Republic of Belarus.
