Abstract

The еducational materials shed light on the main causes of fundamentalism in Islam, the most important of which are the factor of personality, the role of the Ismailis in producing violence, the connection between Wahhabism and Islamic movements, the role of jihad in Afghanistan and America's involvement in it and the factor of despotism in the radicalization of Islamic society. In conclusion, the author comes up with solutions that may put an end to Islamic fundamentalism.
