Изучено текущее состояние инновационной активности в белорусской экономике. Сформулированы и обоснованы предложения по совершенствованию Конституции Республики Беларусь в контексте ее инновационного развития. Доказана целесообразность закрепления на законодательном уровне ряда принципов формирования и реализации государственной инновационной политики.
