| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассматриваются практические аспекты развития евразийской интеграции на таможенной территории Евразийского экономического союза. В условиях мирового кризиса, жесткой международной конкуренции и ковидной пандемии евразийская интеграция выступает гарантом национальной безопасности государств – членов Евразийского экономического союза. Цель исследования – анализ функционирования Таможенного союза как основы евразийской интеграции. Исследование проведено на основе положений актов наднационального законодательства, нормах национального законодательства, статистических данных и опыте функционирования Таможенного союза евразийской интеграции. Показана роль инструментов Таможенного союза и практики применения единого таможенного регулирования в эффективности функционирования таможенной территории Евразийского экономического союза. Вывод по итогам исследования: необходимо углублять евразийскую интеграцию и развивать сотрудничество между Союзным государством Беларуси и России и Евразийским экономическим союзом | |

| dc.description.alternative | The article discusses the practical aspects of the development of Eurasian integration in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. In the conditions of the global crisis, fierce international competition and a COVID pandemic, Eurasian integration acts as a guarantor of the national security of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The purpose of the study is to analyze the functioning of the Customs Union as the basis of Eurasian integration. The study was conducted on the basis of the provisions of the acts of supranational legislation, the norms of national legislation, statistical data and the experience of the functioning of the Customs Union of Eurasian Integration. The role of the instruments of the Customs Union and the practice of applying the unified customs regulation in the effective functioning of the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union is shown. The conclusion of the study: it is necessary to deepen Eurasian integration and develop cooperation between the Union State of Belarus and Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union | |
