| dc.description.abstract | China sets the goal to become the world leader in science and innovation by 2050. "Made in China 2025" outlines the country’s strategy to become the world leader in a number of high-tech industries (robotics, aerospace, equipment, medical devices etc.). The objective of this research is to identify the innovation priority areas and their development by 2050.The comparison of the achievements of previous innovation programs is also provided. Through a combination of statistical analysis, cross impact analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods, the critical drivers that play a substantial role in transforming China's science and innovation landscape will be investigated. The study will show a correlation between the different facts and will highlight the strong impact of governance and the national economy on future developments | |
