dc.description.abstract	В статье раскрывается роль медиации в решении городских конфликтов. Показано, что роль медиации определяется гомологией – пересечением аргументационной культуры согласия и диалога оппозиций. Обосновано, во-первых, что подход к решению городских конфликтов должен осуществляться в контексте их типологии, которая включает градостроительные, инфраструктурные, экологические и символические конфликты. Во-вторых, поиск самого решения городского конфликта зависит от традиционного или инновационного пути медиации. Они различаются отсутствием/присутствием посреднического звена – медиатора. Преимущества инновационного пути медиативного процесса обусловлены объективацией интересов оппозиционных сторон и созданием необходимых форм взаимоотношений, способствующих преодолению их конфронтации

dc.description.alternative	The article reveals the role of mediation in the resolution of urban conflicts. It is shown that the role of mediation is determined by homology – the intersection of the argumentation culture of consent and the dialogue of oppositions. It has been substantiated, firstly, that the approach to solving urban conflicts should be carried out in the context of their typology, which includes urban planning, infrastructural, environmental and symbolic conflicts. Secondly, the search for the very solution of an urban conflict depends on the traditional or innovative way of mediation. They differ in the absence / presence of an intermediary link – a mediator. The advantages of the innovative path of the mediation process are due to the objectification of the interests of the opposition parties and the creation of the necessary forms of relationship that contribute to overcoming their confrontation
