| Abstract (in another language): | The author's point of view on will as real psychic energy is being developed. The main essential characteristics of will are formulated. The existence of the phenomenon of collective will as the cumulative energy of groups of people united by the presence of a common goal is argued. The importance of will in the state, legal, political and other spheres is shown. |
