dc.description.abstract	В современных условиях наблюдается все большее влияние технологий IT-отрасли, или цифровых технологий, в качестве фактора конкурентоспособности региона в контексте борьбы за инвестиционные ресурсы. В статье рассматриваются закономерности инвестиционной привлекательности и цифрового развития регионов. Научная новизна исследования заключается в предложенной модели наращивания инвестиционной активности в регионе на базе информационно-коммуникационной инфраструктуры. Рассматриваемая в данной статье тема будет интересна в первую очередь специалистам органов исполнительной власти, занимающимся развитием информационно-коммуникационных технологий и инвестиционной привлекательности территорий, а также широкому кругу экономистов, изучающих вопросы взаимодействия бизнеса и государства
