Доказано, что при наличии внешнего воздействия со стороны ведущих региональных акторов США, КНР и РФ, это позволит, с одной стороны, укрепить национальные политические и экономические позиции, а с другой – помочь распространению инновационных интеллектуальных стратегий на весь Корейский полуостров | |
