Методология и практика современного менеджмента

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of basic factors that influence shaping of contemporary management theory and practice. An attempt was made to present key preconditions influencing development of the management’s theory in terms of connection between management and economy, mathematics and informational technology. A conclusion was made that existing variety of approaches, concepts models and instruments reflects not only vide range of ideas in the field of management, but partially is explained by the absence of a strict management methodology, the development of which is still on the cards and should correspond to existing complicity of economy. The contribution to the contemporary management system of Belarusian model is described in the work. = Рассматриваются основные факторы, влияющие на формирование теории и практики современного менеджмента. Сделана попытка представить ключевые условия развития теории менеджмента в контексте его связи с экономикой, математикой и информационными технологиями. Подчеркивается, что сложившееся многообразие подходов, концепций, моделей и инструментов отражает широкую палитру идей в области менеджмента и отчасти объясняется отсутствием достаточно строгой его методологии, разработку которой еще предстоит осуществить. Показан вклад белорусской модели государственного управления в теорию современного менеджмента.
