| dc.description.abstract | Анализируется содержание ст. 238–241 Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь с точки зрения их системного соотношения. Рассматриваются и оцениваются основные позиции по поводу корреляции ст. 238 и 240 названного кодекса. Формулируется проблемное поле рассогласованности ст. 240 и ст. 239, 241. На основе обобщения полученных данных предлагается вариант последовательного и непротиворечивого определения в Уголовном кодексе Республики Беларусь круга деяний, относящихся к криминальному банкротству. | ru |
