| dc.description.abstract | В процессе тренировочной и соревновательной деятельности спортсменам часто приходится преодолевать стрессовые ситуации. Механизмом борьбы со стрессом служат копинг-стратегии, от эффективности которых зависит конечный результат разрешения проблемы. В процессе ответа на стресс копинг-стратегии не применяются отдельно, а распределяются по группам. Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа факторных структур копинг-стратегий здоровых спортсменов и паралимпийцев. | ru |
