| dc.description.abstract | В статье анализируются правовые основы для введения санкций Советом Безопасности ООН, а также предпринята попытка оценить их эффективность. В статье также рассматривается возможность установления судебного контроля в отношении санкций, принимаемых Советом Безопасности ООН. По итогам проведенного исследования в статье предлагается рассмотреть возможность создания специальной палаты в рамках Международного Суда ООН, которая бы осуществляла контролирующие функции в отношении решений Совета Безопасности ООН, связанных с принятием санкций в отношении государств. В процессе написания работы были использованы общие методы научного познания, а также частнонаучные методы, используемые в юридических науках – метод сравнительного правоведения и формально-юридический метод | |
