dc.description.abstractIt is shown, that the mechanisms of realisation of procoagulate activity of polyangidroglucuronic (PAGA) and е-aminocapronic (е-ACA) acids, which are the components of polycapran, have individual peculiarities: the PAGA accelerates the processes of the formation of thrombus and e-ACA decreases the speed of the thrombolysis. This promotes the achievement of rapid and effective haemostasis and the prevention of haemorrhageru
