| dc.description.abstract | Bath composition and conditions for electroplating Ni-W alloy tilms have been investigated. Alloys with high content of tungsten (up to 21,0—23,5 mol %) have been plated at cathodic current 15-20 A/dm2, pH=8, T=70 0C from the citrate-ammoniac solution with Na2 WO4 concentration three times higher than concentration of NiSO4.
