| dc.description.abstract | В работе проведен анализ физико-химического состояния мембран лимфоцитов больных ревматоидным артритом. Обнаружено, что у пациентов с ревматоидным артритом не наблюдается достоверных изменений показателей полярности различных областей мембраны. В то же время обнаружено, что микровязкость аннулярного липида плазматической мембраны лимфоцитов у больных ревматоидным артритом снижается в 2,5 раза по отношению к контрольным значениям у здоровых пациентов, а показатель микровязкости в области общего липидного бислоя увеличился на 25% по отношению к контрольным значениям. Величина степени тушения триптофановой флуоресценции пиреном у пациентов с ревматоидным артритом снижается на 35% по отношению к контролю | |
