dc.description.abstract	При обосновании функциональной нагрузки эволюционной модели государственно-частного партнерства (далее – ГЧП) сформировались два доминирующих подхода: общесистемный и прикладной. Общим моментом для вариантов «общесистемной трактовки» ГЧП выступает актуализация вопросов трансформации отношений собственности. При прагматичном подходе относительно трансформационной (транзитивной) экономики объектом исследования выступают конкретные формы, модели и механизмы государственно-частного партнерства. Очень важно определить характер разрешаемых противоречий и тип вновь возникающих коллизий

dc.description.alternative	When justifying the functional load of the evolutionary public-private partnership (PPP) model, two dominant approaches were formed: system-wide and applied. A common point for the variants of the «system-wide interpretation» of PPP is the actualization of issues of transformation of property relations. With a pragmatic approach to the transformational (transitive) economy, the object of research is specific forms, models and mechanisms of public-private partnership. It is very important to determine the nature of resolved contradictions and the type of newly emerging conflicts
