| dc.description.abstract | Представлен анализ современных исследований, посвященных развитию личности и социального взаимодействия белорусских студентов. Рассматриваются система ценностей, жизненные стратегии, мотивация учебной деятельности и ее динамика в процессе обучения в вузе, профессиональное самосознание юношей и девушек, осмысленность ими жизни, возрастная специфика их межличностных отношений и взаимодействия. Обосновывается необходимость учета личностных и социальных особенностей в педагогическом и психологическом сопровождении студентов. Предлагается стратегия проектирования учебных занятий со студентами с учетом возрастной специфики взаимодействия со сверстниками, нацеленная на развитие осознания, умения удерживать и изменять собственную смысловую позицию с учетом позиций других людей посредством работы с символическими формами. | ru |

| dc.description.alternative | The analysis of the modern researches of the personal and social interaction development of Belarusian students is presented in the article. The system of values, life strategies, motivation of educational activity and its dynamics in the process of studying at the university, professional self-awareness of boys and girls, age specifics of their relations and interaction are analyzed in the article. The authors substantiate the importance of orientation on the personal and social characteristics of students in the pedagogical and psychological support of students. The strategy for designing training sessions with students is proposed. It takes into account the age-specific nature of their interaction with peers. It is aimed at the development of awareness, the ability to hold and change your own semantic position, taking into account the positions of other people through working with symbolic forms. | ru |
