| dc.description.abstract | На основании результатов авторского эмпирического исследования и теоретических разработок иностранных ученых проанализированы ресурсы белорусских спортсменов международного уровня для перехода ко второй карьере. Помимо выявления и составления их перечня, также рассмотрены барьеры, препятствующие реализации успешного перехода к жизни после спорта, барьеры и драйверы, способные помочь в их преодолении. Исходя из полученных результатов, предложен к рассмотрению и внедрению в Республике Беларусь инспирированный зарубежным опытом формат оказания услуг по качественному наращиванию уже имеющихся у атлета ресурсов для перехода ко второй карьере. | ru |

| dc.description.alternative | Based on the results of an author empirical study and theoretical studies of foreign authors, the article analyzes the resources of Belarusian athletes of international level for the transition to a second career. In addition to identifying and compiling the list of such resources, barriers that hinder the implementation of a successful transition to an after-sports life were also considered as well as drivers that could help to overcome them. Based on the results obtained, the article proposes a foreign-inspired format for the provision of services for the qualitative build-up of resources of transition to a second career already available for an athlete for consideration and implementation in the Republic of Belarus. | ru |
