Abstract:	В статье автор рассматривает деятельность представителей интеллектуальной элиты в лице профессоров императорских университетов и преподавателей иных высших учебных заведений, имевших происхождение из белорусского региона в XIX – начале XX века. На основе форм и уровней их вовлечения в решение проблем общества, автор делает выводы об уровнях и составе идентичностей преподавателей. В частности, автора интересует вопрос об отношении уроженцев белорусских земель, представителей интеллектуальной элиты, к белорусским региональным проблемам и проектам, в том числе участие указанных лиц в формировании, продвижении и реализации белорусского национального проекта.
Abstract (in another language):	In the article, the author examines the activities of representatives of the intellectual elite in the person of professors of imperial universities and teachers of other higher educational institutions, who were from the Belarusian region in the XIX – early XX centuries. Based on the forms and levels of their involvement in solving society’s problems, the author draws conclusions about the levels and composition of professors identities. In particular, the author is interested in the question of the attitude of natives of the Belarusian lands, representatives of the intellectual elite, to Belarusian regional problems and projects, including the participation of these persons in the formation, promotion and implementation of the Belarusian national project.
