| dc.description.abstract | Статья посвящена вопросу реализации свободы вероисповедания религиозных меньшинств в процессе интеграции в правовую среду государства. В статье проанализированы международные правовые акты и решения Европейского суда, касающиеся регулирования свободы совести и вероисповедания. Автором сделан вывод, что при реализации свободы вероисповедания религиозных меньшинств необходим паритет между регулированием и ограничением религиозной деятельности одной стороны и адаптацией правовых норм под потребности религиозных меньшинств для реализации их свободы совести в индивидуальном измерении с другой стороны. | |

| dc.description.alternative | The article is devoted to the issue of realization of religious freedom of religious minorities in the process of integration into the legal environment of the state. The article analyzes international legal acts and decisions of the European Court of Justice concerning the regulation of freedom of conscience and religion. The author concludes that when realizing religious freedom of religious minorities, parity between regulation and restriction of religious activities of one side and adaptation of legal norms to the needs of religious minorities is necessary for the realization of their freedom of conscience in an individual dimension on the other. | |
