| dc.description.abstract | Интенсивное развитие международного сотрудничества, особенности современного этапа реализации государственной миграционной политики требуют реформирования миграционного законодательства Республики Беларусь. Среди важнейших направлений особое значение имеет совершенствование законодательства, регламентирующего административную ответственность иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства за нарушение режима пребывания в Республике Беларусь. На основании анализа национальной правовой базы, научной литературы и статистических данных сформулирован вывод о необходимости совершенствования законодательных норм, устанавливающих административную ответственность иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства за нарушение режима пребывания в Республике Беларусь. | ru |
