| dc.description.abstract | Интенсивное развитие международного сотрудничества, особенности современного этапа реализации государственной миграционной политики требуют реформирования миграционного законодательства Республики Беларусь. Среди важнейших направлений особое значение имеет совершенствование законодательства, регламентирующего административную ответственность иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства за нарушение режима пребывания в Республике Беларусь.
