Abstract: The object of the research is the development strategy of the Belarusian organization A-100. The subject of the research is the process of forming an organization development strategy The theoretical significance of the research consists in the development of methodological tools for the formation of the strategy for the development of organizations. The purpose of the master's thesis is to solve a scientific problem devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the organization’s development strategy and to form the development strategy of the Belarusian organization A-100. In the process of writing the master’s thesis, the following results were obtained: the essence of the organization’s strategy was determined, the organization’s development strategies were outlined, the organization’s principles, content and stages were studied, the organization’s internal and external environment were analyzed, the internal and external environment of the А-100 filling station was analyzed , an organization development strategy has been formed for the A-100 and an economic rationale for the Belarusian organization A-100 development strategy has been given. The main results of the study can be implemented and used in the activities of the organization of the Belarusian organization A-100.
