Abstract

The object of the research is JV “IBA Group”. The subject of the research is outsourcing strategy of JV “IBA Group”. The purpose of the master's thesis is to research the outsourcing strategy and develop directions for improving the efficiency of the outsourcing activities of the IBA Group. Research methods: description, comparison, analysis, synthesis, observation, mathematical methods, grouping method, comparison, expert assessment method. Objectives of the study: the study of the concept, essence, role and value of outsourcing in the economic activities of the company; characteristics of forms and types of outsourcing in the IT industry; study of the main indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of outsourcing activities; organizational and economic characteristics of the IBA Group as a provider of outsourcing services; development of an approach to assessing the effectiveness of outsourcing in ensuring the company's business; assessment of the effectiveness of outsourcing activities of the company; identifying the problems of outsourcing activities of the company; development of the strategy of outsourcing activities of the company; evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed strategic measures. The scientific novelty: development of a strategy for the outsourcing activity of a company. The field of possible practical application is the business activity of the IBA Group as a supplier of outsourcing services.
