dc.description.abstract	Целью данной публикации является изучение правовых основ взаимного признания УЭО и разработка практических рекомендаций для взаимного признания УЭО. В работе проводится анализ международной практики по разработке и внедрению института УЭО, а также основных моделей УЭО; рассматриваются новеллы ТК ЕАЭС в отношении упрощений и условий присвоения статуса УЭО. Изучены программы УЭО ЕС и КНР, рассмотрен опыт подписания соглашений о взаимном признании, а так же разработаны практические рекомендации по вопросу взаимного признания УЭО ЕАЭС с УЭО ЕС и КНР. В заключительной части статьи рассмотрены перспективы по взаимному признанию программ уполномоченного экономического оператора Республики Беларусь со странами Европейского союза и Азиатского региона на основе прогнозов увеличения товарооборота по оси ЕС– ЕАЭС– Азиатский регион.

dc.description.alternative	The purpose of this article is to study the legal basis for mutual recognition of the AEO and to develop practical recommendations for the mutual recognition of the AEO. The article analyzes international practices for the development and implementation of the AEO institution, as well as basic AEO models and the novels of the CC of the EEU regarding simplifications and conditions for granting AEO status. The EU and PRC AEO programs were studied, the experience of signing mutual recognition agreements was reviewed, and practical recommendations on the mutual recognition of EEU AEOs with EU and PRCs AEOs were developed. On the basis of forecasts of an increase in trade turnover along the axis EU — EEU — Asian region prospects for the mutual recognition of the programs of the AEO of the Republic of Belarus with the countries of the European Union and the Asian region are considered in the final part of the article.
