| dc.description.abstract | Рассматриваются вопросы уголовно-правового законотворчества и применения Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь. Отмечается, что отечественный уголовный закон решил стоявшую перед ним задачу в переходный период от плановой экономики к рыночной. Предлагается разработать и принять в установленном порядке отдельные правила подготовки проекта уголовного закона.
