| Abstract: | Исследуется действующая методика оценки эффективности проектно-ориентированной компании. Предложена расширенная методика с выделением, помимо прямых затрат проекта, накладных расходов. Представлен расчет экономического эффекта для принятия решения в виде разницы между приростными доходами и приростными расходами – приростный маржинальный доход. Предложен метод чистой стоимости реализации для распределения сумм накладных расхода и выделение центра финансовой ответственности «предпродажные разработки». Приводятся результаты численных расчетов и их анализ. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The current methodology for assessing the effectiveness of a project-oriented company is being studied. An extended methodology is proposed with the allocation, along with the direct costs of the project, of overhead costs. The calculation of the economic effect for decision-making is presented in the form of the difference between incremental incomes and incremental expenditures - incremental marginal income. A method of net realizable value is proposed for the distribution of overhead amounts and the allocation of the financial responsibility center "pre-sale development".
