| Abstract: | В статье исследуется проблема вовлеченности сотрудников как условие повышения эффективности мотивационной системы организации. Выявлено, что вовлеченность персонала – это составляющая корпоративной культуры организации. Определены этапы формирования вовлеченности – удовлетворенность, лояльность и собственно вовлеченность. Установлено, что важнейшим инструментом формирования вовлеченности является развитие эмоционального интеллекта. По результатам данных эмпирического исследования обоснована корреляция между системой ценностей организации, нематериальной составляющей мотивационной системы и вовлеченностью сотрудников как фактором повышения эффективности бизнеса. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the issue of staff inclusion as an efficiancy factor for motivation system of an organization. The authors have enlightenen the fact that staff inclusion is an element of corporate culure of an organization. They have defined the main stages of inclusion creation – satisfaction, loyalty and inclusion itself. The article proclaims that the main instrument of creation of inclusion is an emotional intellegence development. On the basis of empirical data the authors have proved the correlation between the value system of an organization, intangeble element of the motivation system of an organization and staff inclusion as an efficiancy factor for business development. |
