| Abstract: | В условиях прогрессирующего развития медицины и биомедицинских технологий проблема морального статуса человеческого эмбриона становится все более актуальной. Речь идет о некой связке «открытых» проблем биоэтики (проблема вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, проблема аборта, проблема регулирования рождаемости и т. д.), которые возможно решать, лишь определив «исходящую» проблему, – моральный статус эмбриона. Принимая во внимание моральный плюрализм, который имеет место в современной биоэтике, следует отметить, что решать вопрос о статусе эмбриона возможно, исходя не из общего определения о благе или пользе/вреде, а исходя из каждой конкретной ситуации конкретного эмбриона. Отдельно следует также отметить существенную разницу между человеком и его потенциальной возможностью – эмбрионом. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The debate on the moral status of the human embryo has been conducted by scientists in various fields for more than a decade of years. It is obvious that in the conditions of the progressing development of medicine and biomedical technologies, this problem becomes more and more urgent. We are talking about a certain combination of «open» problems of bioethics (the problem of assisted reproductive technologies, the problem of abortion, the problem of birth control, etc.) that can only be solved by determining the «outgoing» problem – namely, the moral status of the human embryo. Taking into account the moral pluralism that is appropriate to modern bioethics, it should be noted that the issue of the status of the embryo could be solved based not on the general definition of good or benefit/harm, but on the basis of each particular situation of a particular embryo. Separately, it should also be said about the significant difference between a person and his potential opportunity – the embryo. |
