dc.description.abstractUsing ionselective electrodes the NO3' influxes in Chlorella cells were determined under different conditions of illumination, pH and concentrations of NO3', ortovanadate, diethylstilbestrol and diurone in the medium. Constants of inhibition of NO3' uptake were established. The obtained data point to nitrate uptake process in Chlorella cells is directly linked with H+-ATPase of the plasmalemma.ru
