| Abstract: | The article represents the initiative of creating the Centre of Scientific Research and training the specialists for developing the regional tourist and recreational cluster which has been brought forward by Yaroslavl branch of Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI). Its goal will be to consolidate scientific, researching, educational resources of the region for assisting in establishment and development of the regional tourist and recreational cluster and consequently for creation of the necessary prerequisites for sustainable development of the area. |
