Abstract: The results of the EPR-studies of single crystals and micropowders of cubic boron nitride, сBN, synthesized in catalytic systems with an excess of nitrogen and boron, including those after thermal and radiative treatments, are reported. This paper presents a discussion of the quantitative dependences of the paramagnetic centers characteristics and also on a determination of the cBN defects nature.
