dc.description.abstractThe influence of hydrogen plasma treatment on electrical conductance and photosensivity of micronic polycrystalline layers on the basis of solid solutions CdSxSe1-x was investigated. It is shown that photosensivity, and dark conductance is increased and the dependence of photocurrent on light intensity is changed under the influence of plasma treatment. It is supposed that these changes are due to both long-time rest photoconductance and chemical interaction of hydrogen with components of CdSxSe1-x solid solution.ru
