Abstract: | The light spectral transmission of porous layer is investigated experimentally and theoretically. Aluminium oxide layer with cylindrical pores was produced by the electrochemical anodization. The layer transmission was measured in visible and close infrared range. The concept of effective refractive index is used for theoretical description of layer transmission. |
