Abstract: A mathematical analysis of global and local stability of the spin-orientational structure in magneties of cubic symmetry is conducted. With consideration of energy crystallographic magnetic anisotropy five anisotropy constants. The results received have enabled one to establish a set of possible phases, their stability type and scheme of possible phase conversions.
