Abstract: The main results obtained when investigating the electron absorption spectra of uranyl chloride solutions in water and some organic solvents are presented. The composition of the first coordination sphere of uranyl complexes in solutions has been studied. The correlation dependence between state of the first pure electron transfer baud and solvent properties has been received.
