Abstract

A contract for scientific research considered. The problem of identifying the contract in the civil law contracts, as well as problems of legal regulation of relations connected with the realization of research activities is announced. We give a complete characterization of the object of the contract, the contracting parties, and consider the elements of the contract such as price, time and form. Special attention is paid to the content of the contract and the responsibility of the parties under contract to execution of research
