| Abstract: | The transaction (contract) is always directed on achievement of certain legal consequences for its parties. But the category «transaction» («contract») includes two versions of transactions: «the valid transaction» which generates desirable legal consequences, and «the void transaction» («illegal contract») which generates others, negative, consequences.
