Abstract

Article is devoted to features of implementation of the obligations arising from infliction of harm with participation condemned to imprisonment. Relevance of this problem is caused by quite high rate of increase of attention to legal status condemned as a whole and to features of realization and protection of the civil rights by them in particular. The offender bears responsibility for the done harm in the form of its compensation in the presence of the conditions provided by the law. Such responsibility by the tradition going from the Roman right, it is accepted to call delictual, and the obligation which contents it is, – delictual
