Abstract

Efficiency of a trade organization functioning depends on the quality and timeliness of the accepted management decisions. These decisions determine the strategic orientation and the main purposes of the trade company activities. It requires from the personnel to make complete, system and detailed analysis of each trade organization branch and to optimize the trade organization activity as a whole. The developed approach to the efficiency evaluation of a trade organization commercial activity based on the logistics concept will help big trade companies to plan their strategic orientation and strengthen their market position
